Would like to express my gratitude to Marcus for looking after my property in Manhattan building . With the looming mortgage n inflation rate over 7%, Marcus, with his exceptional management skill, particularly financial, our OC levy this year only increased by 3% which actually still lower than previous developer affiliated OCM. Under his leadership, we have an equally excellent BM (Building Management) team, Ken and Gino. Bearing in mind of all the achievements that Marcus accomplished in our building, including installation of over 180 CCTV in the building, starting of new carpet project, redesign new signage and painting. After an ‘annus horribilis” 2023 with a succession of testing issues for the body corporate manager & the committee it’s time to recognise & compliment the Network Pacific team & Karthi Sugumaran in particular. Network Pacific team came into our apartment building in the most chaotic moment when we were overcharged in everything, even paying for the electricity for the retail lots (with the developer as the owner) unknowingly for years. Our OC manager, Marcus is a Godsend who dealt with all our big and small issues in the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient ways. Thank you, Team Network Pacific.
