With the looming mortgage n inflation rate over 7%, Marcus, with his exceptional management skill, particularly financial, our OC levy this year only increased by 3% which actually still lower than previous developer affiliated OCM. Under his leadership, we have an equally excellent BM (Building Management) team, Ken and Gino. Bearing in mind of all the achievements that Marcus accomplished in our building, including installation of over 180 CCTV in the building, starting of new carpet project, redesign new signage and painting. Network Pacific team came into our apartment building in the most chaotic moment when we were overcharged in everything, even paying for the electricity for the retail lots (with the developer as the owner) unknowingly for years. After chairing a Body Corporate in Brisbane and now one on the Gold Coast I have had experience with a number of different Strata Management companies. Most have been very disappointing in the services they provided However, my experiences with the Network Pacific Strata Management Company on the Gold Coast has been very different, prompt and sound advice, good financial reporting and excellent communication.

I am the Chairman of 18 bodies corporate currently held under the management of Network Pacific. These properties are large commercial properties that exist under the structure of layered schemes which at times can be very complex. The Network Pacific Strata Management Team have a long history of professional Body Corporate Management for schemes of all sizes. Network Pacific took over as our Body Corporate Manager in July 2018 after we had had significant problems with our previous Body Corporate Manager, which included inaccurate advice and failure to provide timely and accurate minutes of meetings.
