Since opening our doors in 1994, Network Pacific Strata Management has grown to be one of Australia’s leading strata management companies. Today we manage over $8 billion worth of assets on behalf of 26,000 lots around Australia. Our continued growth, evolution and diversification is a measure of our success.

Our History

1994
Network Pacific Strata Management commenced operations in 1994, founded by Stephen Briffa, Managing Director of Network Pacific Group of Companies. Starting from a home-based office with a clear vision for the future, Stephen’s leadership transformed the business from a solo endeavour into one of Australia’s premier privately owned strata management companies.

1999
The company relocated to Blackburn Road, East Doncaster, marking an important stage of growth with a team of five staff supporting its expanding operations.

2004
Network Pacific Strata Management continued its growth trajectory, moving to Doncaster Road, North Balwyn to accommodate its increasing team and client base.

2011
Network Pacific Strata Management expanded interstate with the establishment of its Queensland office, extending its industry-leading strata management services to clients in Gold Coast, Brisbane and throughout Queensland.

2012
In 2012, Network Pacific Group of Companies established two complementary associated companies: 24:seven Maintenance Solutions and Essential Services Compliance.
• 24:seven Maintenance Solutions provides highly qualified technicians specialising in property repairs, maintenance, and programmed servicing, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The company also delivers expert building management services for residential apartments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use properties across Melbourne.
• Essential Services Compliance ensures buildings meet legislated safety standards and obtain annual Essential Safety Measures certification. Network Pacific Strata Management works closely with this affiliated partner to ensure buildings are inspected and maintained in full compliance with legislation.

2013
Responding to growing demand for affordable virtual concierge and security solutions, Building Management Systems Australia was established. Its innovative SALLY® platform delivers building and facilities management software, together with adaptable security and remote access capabilities.

2015
Network Pacific Group of Companies relocated to its head office at Building 5, 303 Burwood Highway, Burwood East, reflecting the continued growth of the business. In the same year, Network Pacific Strata Franchise was established, providing a comprehensive support structure to equip franchisees with the tools, systems, and expertise required to deliver high-quality service to their clients.

2017
Australian Facilities Management was established to support building owners through a wide range of services – from individual trades such as electrical and plumbing, to fully integrated building and facilities management solutions.

2022
Network Pacific Strata Management expanded its presence with the opening of its Geelong office at 115/6–8 Eastern Beach Road, Geelong. This office reflects our strong commitment to the Geelong and Barwon South West region, providing local expertise across key service areas, including strata management, property management, facilities management, building maintenance, and essential services compliance.

2024
Network Pacific Strata Management marked a significant milestone, celebrating 30 years of operation and service excellence.

2025
Network Pacific Strata Management formed a pioneering partnership with Deakin University to address the lack of formal education in Owners Corporation management. This collaboration led to the creation of Australia’s first tertiary pathway in strata governance, supported by two fully funded academic scholarships, setting a new benchmark for professional development within the industry. -
